Accidental Death Benefit

The Company will pay the Accidental Death Benefit if the Insured dies within one hundred eighty (180) days from an accident.

Total and Permanent
Disability Benefit

The Company will pay the Total and Permanent Disability Benefit if the Insured becomes totally and permanently disabled, subject to the conditions in the Policy Contract.
